About BBP

The Borderline Bipolar Project is a personal creation that is meant to promote awareness about mental illness and suicide by discussing my own involvement with both.

I have personal experience in the mental health field as a patient of bipolar disorder and BPD. I am suicide loss survivor, we lost my brother NCA in February 2015. Eight months later in October 2015, I became a Field Advocate for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

My goal is to work in a culture which supports mental health awareness and helps to erode the stigma of this very taboo subject so that we can help save lives.
